How much is shipping?

A: Shipping depends on each item itself and how heavy it is.  For pre-order items, I will state the shipping cost on the pre-order post.  For items that are in stock, the shipping cost will be stated on the actual item itself when you’re buying it from the ecwid shop 

How long does the shipping take?

A: If you’re in the US it will probably take a week or less. If you’re international, it could take up to two-three weeks.

Q: What is bb cream used for?

A: It’s a lightweight type of makeup that acts a foundation and sunscreen all in one. It looks very natural and light compared to other heavy makeups. It also protects your skin instead of harming it like some other makeup could.  So yeah it’s just multi-functional foundation. And also it’s very popular product because so many korean celebrities use it ^^

Are the BB Creams fake/authentic/real?

A: Real.

Can I use BB cream if I have dark skin?

A: Personally, I am quite tan/dark but I use a pretty light BB cream (SKIN79 HOT PINK) and I think it blends in with my skin color very well. Here is another customer’s review that can prove it can work well for dark skin too.

Will you keep our information confidential? (like address and stuff)

A: Of course! I think it’s actually illegal to release that kind of information so no we would not release that to anyone and there is really no reason for us to do so.

At what age can I use BB cream? How many times a day should I use it?

A: BB cream is good for your skin and also provides UV ray protection so it’s pretty safe even for younger looking skin. It’s a very lightweight and natural-looking product to enhance your skin health rather than damaging it like heavier foundations so I’d say it’s pretty safe for someone as young as 13 years old.  I use it as a base for my makeup so I put it on daily. You can even use it as a REPLACEMENT of makeup as well.

If something is out of stock, are you going to re-stock it?

How did you get suppliers? Did you already have suppliers shipping things to you before you opened the shop?

No, I had to look around online for good suppliers. I also went exploring in the area around where I live to see if I could find any suppliers as well.
